CHINESE MENUS

My absolute favorite collection is Chinese menus. People really like seeing a lot of different Chinese menus from around the world and across the ages. Everyone seems to have a favorite Chinese restaurant story. Just because I collect menus, I’ve been invited to be on television, to have museum exhibitions, to write for magazines, and sometimes I even get free meals and tours behind-the-scenes in restaurant kitchens.

Collecting menus is free and easy and can teach you foreign languages. Who knows, someday I might even open up a Chinese restaurant - and I’m not even Chinese.
