TAPE

My parents never let me play with tape – it’s too expensive, they yelled. When I grew up, I started collecting tape like crazy. I learned that the sticky stuff on tape and band-aids is sometimes made out of tree sap, or seaweed, or glue can be made out of boiled cow bones (yup, that’s why there’s a picture of a cow on glue bottles.). There’s all kinds of tape – just don’t eat any or you might get a tapeworm – ha!

You can get four different color tapes from this single tape dispenser – it was made in Korea, where they’ve got tons of cool stationery supplies.
