TUBERS

Inspector Collector loves to eat potatoes! He likes all kinds of “spuds,” mashed, home fried, French fried, stuffed, baked, even potato sticks. Potatoes grow underground in the dirt and are part of a large family of tasty taters called Tubers. In the Bronx, just west of the corner of Kingsbridge Road and Jerome Avenue, is his favorite vegetable store, where they sell some twenty different kinds of tubers – which ones have you tried? By saving pictures of potatoes, instead of the actual potatoes, I can keep this collection forever without getting rotten ‘taters.
